Trial Classes / Free Trials

All trial sessions are non-refundable.

Class Packs / Memberships

Refund requests must be made within 3 calendar days of purchase and before any classes have been attended. Beyond that, packages are non-refundable but may be paused or extended with advance notice and valid proof (medical, relocation, etc.).

Private Sessions & Yoga Therapy

Once booked and paid, these services are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum 24-hour notice.

Teacher Training & Certification Courses

Fees are strictly non-refundable once training has commenced. Transfers may be considered before start date, subject to administrative approval.

Course or Class Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a class, workshop, or training, you may opt for full refund or transfer to alternate dates/services. We are not liable for incidental expenses such as travel.

Administrative & Processing Charges

Refunds may incur a processing fee (e.g., 5% of the refunded amount). All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Unused Packages Expiry

Once the validity period of a pack or membership expires, unused credits cannot be extended or refunded.
