1. Do I need flexibility or prior yoga experience to join?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels—whether you’re very flexible or a total newbie. We focus on alignment and mindful progression so everyone can start safely and grow at their own pace.

2. What should I wear and bring to class?

Wear breathable, comfortable clothing (leggings or shorts and a t-shirt are fine). You can bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. We also provide mats and basic props like blocks, straps, and blankets if needed.

3. What if I have a medical condition or injury?

Yoga is adaptable—whether you’re recovering from neck/back pain, knee issues, or sleep disturbances. Simply inform us beforehand; we tailor modifications and therapeutic sequences to help you practice safely.

4. How do private classes and therapy sessions work?

Our one-on-one sessions are fully customized—perfect for personalized goals, therapeutic needs, or focused learning. You’ll receive personalized adjustments, customized sequences, and flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.

5. What is the format and duration of classes?

Most classes run for about an hour and end with a calming Savasana (final relaxation) to integrate the benefits. Styles vary—from dynamic flows to gentle restorative or therapeutic sessions—so you can choose what suits your goal.

6. How should I prepare before arriving for class?

Avoid eating a large meal 2–3 hours before class; a light snack is okay if needed. Arrive a few minutes early, stay hydrated, and feel free to communicate any physical concerns or personal preferences with your instructor before starting.
